We hope that you will be delighted with your Glossed purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, we will gladly offer a refund on the goods less the cost of sending the item to you once the items are returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot cover postage for returns and we cannot accept a return on sale items. Items should be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds should be with you within 5 working days of receipt of returned item.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
